Hello there! Of course! Mix one scoop of protein powder, 1/3 cup of heartsmart baking mix, about 1/8 cup of applesauce, pinch of baking powder, splash of vanilla, and enough almond milk to make a batter. Cook on medium to low heat. I use olive oil to coat the pan. It makes them fluff up more and crispy on the outside. I would test it out and find out which heat setting works best for you, if you cook them on high sometimes they will turn out flat because of the nature of protein. You can also substitute ground oats for the baking mix. Don’t add eggs, it will completely ruin them lol. Trust me I’ve tried.
